  They don't have as much of a variety as some of the other stores. But I enjoy shopping here more because all the employees are so friendly.

  Unfortunately in the last 6 months I have had 2 funerals. On both occasions I ordered the Slider sandwiches tray. The first one I went to pick up
  They had no record of my order. It was lost. The manager asked if I could pick it up in 15 min. The second time I went to pick up and they forgot...they were really busy.....The clerk asked if I could wait for 5 min. She will do it right now. I was compensated appropriately however I will think twice about ordering again form that Giant Eagle.

  Most of the employees are very rude. I had to wait 15 minutes for the deli clerk to get off her phone to wait on me and then I told her what I wanted and she refused to cut it so she decided to give me what she wanted. The manager said that he could not do anything about it so I had called corporate office and they informed me after 3 days that they had been let go

  They changed the location of nearly everything in the store it look so unorganized, I've shopped there with my mom as a child and for all of my adult life until now, I looked for 1 thing for over 10mins. I will not be shopping there again.
